早期肠内营养支持对重症急性胰腺炎患者的疗效及对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘要

Objective To analyze the application effect of early enteral nutrition support in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 101 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group (50 cases) and study group (51 cases) . The control group received early parenteral nutrition support treatment, and the study group used early enteral nutrition support. Treatment, comparison of serum indicators, T lymphocyte subsets and indicators of enteral nutrition before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, tumor necrosis factor-α, C-reactive protein, interleukin-6, CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+, serum transferrin, prealbumin and albumin were compared, P>0.05; After treatment, tumor necrosis factor-α, C-reactive protein, interleukin-6, CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+, serum transferrin, prealbumin, albumin were compared, P0.05;两组治疗后, 肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、血清转铁蛋白、前白蛋白、白蛋白水平比较, P均<0.05;同组治疗前后, 肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、血清转铁蛋白、前白蛋白、白蛋白水平比较, P均<0.05.结论 早期肠内营养支持干预可减轻症急性胰腺炎患者体内的炎症反应, 提高患者的免疫功能及营养状况.
