腭裂修复术后患儿的局部系列护理

摘要

目的阐述腭裂修复术后患儿护理规范化、系统化的必要性。方法雾化吸入，口腔洗浴，滴鼻。结果接受ABCD系列护理的患儿体温、口腔清洁状况基本正常，伤口正常愈合。结论认为术后护理应是腭裂序列治疗的组成部分，并应使之规范化、系统化。%Objective　To study the necessity of standarizing and systematizing nursing after palatoplasty.Methods　Spray inbalation，oral washing，oral cleaning and nasal dripping. Results　The temperature and oral cleaning condition became nearly normal, and the cut healed normally after nursing.Conclusion　The postoperative nursing ia a part of the treatment of cleft palte,which should be standardized and systematized.
