Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on blood glucose and blood lipid in pre-di⁃abeti population. Methods A convenient sampling of totally 120 pre-diabetic patients from our hospital physical exami⁃nation center were screened and randomly allocated and divided into experimental group and control group, 60 cases in each group. Patients in experimental group were given nursing intervention while the control group did not. Variation on blood glucose and blood lipid were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After six months of the in⁃tervention, statistically significant differences (P<0.05) were found on patients of the experimental group comparing index of blood glucose and blood lipid before and after the intervention. In contrast with the control group in corresponding peri⁃od, statistically significant differences (P<0.05) were also found and result in a much lower status than the control group. Conclusion Scientific nursing intervention can effectively control the pre-diabetes blood glucose and blood lipid level, control the progression of the disease and reduce morbidity of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and coronary heart disease.%目的：探讨对糖尿病前期人群进行护理干预后对血糖、血脂的变化。方法采用随机抽样120例糖尿病前期人群，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各60例，实验组给予护理干预，对照组不采取任何措施，比较两组患者的血糖、血脂的变化情况。结果实验组糖尿病前期人群护理干预后的血糖、血脂水平与干预前比较，有显著性差异（P<0.05）；与同期对照组比较，明显低于对照组，有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论实施护理干预，可有效地控制糖尿病前期人群的血糖、血脂水平，控制病情发展，降低2型糖尿病及冠心病的发病率。
