超短波肝区预处理对大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的影响

         

摘要

目的 探讨超短波肝区预处理对大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的影响.方法 48只健康成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组(A,n =24)和超短波肝区预处理组(B,n=24),动物超短波肝区预处理12 h后制作缺血再灌注模型,分别于缺血30 min及再灌注后lh、6h、及24h各时相点活杀动物留取血及肝脏标本保存待检.结果 与对照组比较,超短波肝区预处理组ALT、AST在上述多个时相点显著降低(P<0.05);同时HSP70在超短波肝区预处理组中的表达明显强于对照组(P<0.05);且超短波肝区预处理组具有较轻的肝脏组织病理损害.结论 超短波肝区预处理可减轻大鼠肝脏的缺血再灌注损伤,并可能与其增加肝脏HSP70的表达有关.%Objective To investigate the expression of HSP70 in rat liver preconditioned by ultrashort wave at body surface of the liver and its influences on the liver ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Adult male SD rats were divided into the control group (A,n=24) , ultrashort wave preconditioning group(B,n = 24) at random. In group B, rat liver preconditioned by ultrashort wave at body surface of the liver before ischemia for 30 minutes 12 hours ago. Rats were killed at differenttime points duringthe period of reper-fusion. Blood and liver tissue samples were taken for examination. Results The serum levels of ALT , AST were markedly lower in group B than those in group A(P <0.05) at many time points after liver reperfusion, at the same time, HSP70 was significantly elevated in group B when compared with group A ( P < 0. 05 ). Less liver tissue and hepatocyte damage also found in group B than those in group A. Conclusions Ultrashort wave pretreatment at body surface of the liver in rat could induce more expression of HSP70 in hepatocytes and protect the liver from ischemia reperfusion injury.
