Objective To investigate the safety of using the technique of non-separation and non-disconnection of the main trunk of the cystic artery for serious patients with acute gallstone cholecystitis.Methods The clinical data of 35 serious patients withacute gallstone cholecystitis were analyzed retrospectively from October 2013 to September 2016,15 patients using the cystic artery ligation-free technique which served as the study group.2 0 patients who underwent conventional LC were used as the control group.Resuits All 35 patients underwent LC successfully.There was no conversion to open surgery.There were no significant differences between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05) in age,sex,operation time,mean hospitalization days.The operative blood loss in the study group was lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05) significantly.Conclusions It was a feasible,simple and safe technique of using the cystic artery trunk ligation free LC in serious patients with acute gallstone cholecystitis.%目的 探讨急性重症胆囊炎治疗中采用不分离离断胆囊动脉主干LC术的安全性及疗效.方法 回顾性分析我院2013.10 ～2016.9急性重症胆囊炎急诊行LC术共35例.其中采用不分离离断胆囊动脉主干LC治疗15例急性重症胆囊炎记为实验组,20例行常规LC术急性重症胆囊炎记为对照组.结果 所有35例患者均顺利完成手术,未中转开腹.两组的手术时间,术后住院时间等方面无明显统计学差异(P＞0.05),术中出血量实验组明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 采用不分离离断胆囊动脉主干LC术治疗急性重症胆囊炎安全可靠.值得临床采用.
