试论科学发展观的基本要求

摘要

Scientific development is a people-oriented view of development and comprehensive coordination and sustainable development in accordance with the requirements of the scientific development.Its essence is to achieve a sound and fast development and meet the needs of the growing material and cultural demand and properly handle social contradictions.In the new century and new stage,we must start from the characteristics of China＇s economic and social development,following the requirements of adhering to the people oriented concept,changing the development concept,innovating development mode and improving development quality.We must put effectively the economic and social development into the track of overall coordination sustainable development.%科学发展就是按照科学发展观的要求,坚持以人为本、全面协调可持续的发展。其实质就是要实现又快又好地发展,满足人们日益增长的物质、文化需求,处理好社会各类矛盾。在新世纪新阶段,我们必须从我国经济社会发展的阶段性特征出发,遵循以人为本、转变发展观念、创新发展模式、提高发展质量的要求,切实把经济社会发展转入全面协调可持续发展的轨道。
