高校留学生教育工作中需处理好的四大关系

摘要

Since the reform and opening-up,more and more foreign students have come to China,which brings about a great challenge to the management work of foreign students＇ education.This article holds that,to improve the quality of foreign students＇ education work,the following four relationships must be well dealt with： the relationship between knowledge and students＇ interest in curriculum design,the relationship between foreign language and native language,the relationship between rigid constraints and flexible services in management and the relationship between theory and practice in culture cultivation.%改革开放以来,来华的留学生越来越多,这对我国高校留学生管理工作提出了重大挑战。文章认为提高高校留学生教育工作水平关键在于处理好课程设置中＂知识本位＂和＂兴趣本位＂、教学语言上＂国际接轨＂和＂本土特色＂、管理措施上＂刚性约束＂和＂柔性服务＂以及文化熏陶中＂理论学习＂和＂实践感染＂四大关系。
