模糊综合决策法在高校青年教师考核中的应用

摘要

将模糊综合决策理论和Matlab相结合的方法应用到高校青年教师的考核中.首先根据被考核对象的属性分成了4类,在每一类中又分了4小类,在各类中实行了单因素评判,然后综合起来进行了二级评判,最后给出了该模型的Matlab实现.模糊综合决策法能较好地考虑诸因素的综合影响,能更好地解决那些分级多、分类多的考核,对青年教师的考核更加公正合理、科学有效.此方法还可应用到与青年教师考核相关的其它领域.%In this paper,the method of fuzzy integrated decision-making theory combining with the Matlab is applied to the assessment of young teachers in Universities.First of all,the properties of the object under examination were divided into four categories,each
