旅游管理专业教学模式改革新途径——以江苏财经职业技术学院为例

摘要

Tourism management,as a relatively new profession in Jiangsu Vocational and Technical College of Finance and Economics,based on the reform of college teaching model and professional characteristics,makes adjustment of teaching model.It has transformed the traditional ＂classroom teaching ＋ whole week training＂ model to ＂2＋1＂ teaching model,whose core contents are ＂inspiring learning with certificates,promoting learning with games,integrating learning with work,and promoting employment with the combination of the above three.＂ The four-year trial on the same students shows that this teaching model plays a positive role in arousing students＇ interest,improving their overall quality and promoting employment.%旅游管理专业作为江苏财经职业学院一个比较新的专业,在学院教学模式改革和专业特点的基础上,做出了教学模式的调整,改变了以往的＂课堂教学＋整周实训＂的模式,实施了＂2＋1＂的教学模式,其核心内容是＂以证带学,以赛促学,以工整学,三项结合,促进就业＂.经过一届学生的试用,认为该种教学模式对于提高学生兴趣,提高学生的整体素质,促进就业有着积极的作用.
