农业现代化作为十八大提出的“新四化”发展内容之一，对增加农村经济效益，缩小城乡收入差距，促进我国国民经济和社会良好持续的发展至关重要。而转变农业发展方式、加强生态农业的发展则是实现农业现代化的一种有效途径。运用 SWOT 分析法对衡水市生态农业发展进行系统性分析，结合目前衡水市生态农业发展的现状及存在的问题，分别对政府、企业和农户提出一些相关的对策建议，以便能够促进该市尽快实现农业现代化的全面发展。%As one of the “four modernizations” put forward in the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, agricultural modernization plays an important role in increasing the benefit of rural economy, narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas, promoting the national economy and social sustainable development. The transformation of the agricultural development mode and the strengthening of the ecological agriculture development are the effective ways to realize agricultural modernization. On the basis of SWOT analysis method this paper analyzes the ecological agriculture development in Hengshui systematically. Then, combining with the present situation and existing problems of ecological agriculture in Hengshui, it puts forward some relevant measures and suggestions respectively for the government, enterprises and farmers aiming at realizing a comprehensive development of agricultural modernization as soon as possible.
