古冀州武文化遗产的挖掘与扬弃

摘要

In ancient Jizhou, there were many kinds of gorgeous martial cultures with rich contents and long history. This paper, taking the traditional martial culture as the basis and the martial arts such as Sanhuangpaochui, Baguazhang and Xingyiquan that have been inheriting in Jizhou for examples, attempts to review, explore, save and sort the martial culture heritage in ancient Jizhou, and then discuss their historical values and realistic significance in scientific perspective. It also attempts to develop the profound martial culture, promote the development of the nation’s fitness sports, make the martial culture have a solid foundation in developing their advantages and discarding their disadvantages so as to make the traditional Chinese culture spread widely.%古冀州武文化门派众多，斑斓纷呈，内涵丰富，源远流长。回溯、挖掘、抢救和整理古冀州武文化遗产，以传统武文化门派为基调，以目前尚在冀州传承的三黄炮锤、八卦掌、形意拳等武术为实例，着力从科学角度探讨武文化的历史价值和现实意义。弘扬博大精深的武文化瑰宝，推动全民健身体育活动蓬勃开展；在扬弃中夯实武文化基础，催生中华传统文化大放光芒。
