随着高校扩招和高等教育评估的实施,办学指导思想成为研究的热点。围绕这一问题,从办学指导思想的地位和作用,内涵、特征、内容、依据和存在问题等方面进行了归类综述。以期为当前地方高校顶层设计提供重要参考。%With the implementation of expansion of college enrollment and higher education evaluation, university-running theory has been the focus of the current study. This paper makes a review of the research on it in the aspects of its status and role, definition, features, contents, principles and problems, hoping to provide important reference for the design of local college development.
