以大连市247名老年人为被试，运用人口学变量问卷、生活满意度量表(SWLS)以及大五人格简式量表(NEO-FFI)，将老年人生活满意感的强弱作为衡量精神养老效果的标尺，探求性别、婚姻状况、教育水平以及人格特质与精神养老效果的关系，并据此给出老年人精神养老的建议。结果显示：性别、受教育水平以及婚姻状况三者中只有婚姻状况主效应显著；老年人的生活满意度受到神经质、开放性和尽责性的负面影响，受到宜人性的正向影响。结论：政府可通过发展老年婚恋市场、培养高级养老护理人员以及激发老年人社会参与热情提升老年人的生活满意度。%Taking 247 elderly people in Dalian as a sample, using questionnaire of demographic variables, life satisfaction table (SWLS) and five big personality Jane volume table (NEO-FFI), the survey takes the strength of the life satisfaction of the elderly as a yardstick to measure the mental endowment effect and explore the relationship between gender, marital status, educational level, personality traits and mental endowment effect, and accordingly gives advice to the spiritual support of the elderly. The results show that the main effect of marital status is significant in gender, education level and marital status. The life satisfaction of the elderly is negatively influenced by nervousness, openness and conscientiousness, but is positively influenced by agreeableness. Conclusion: the government can improve the life satisfaction of the elderly through the development of love and marriage market, the cultivation of senior nursing staff and the social participation of the elderly.
