海南省万宁市黎族与汉族的心理类型研究

By taking Wanning as the major survey area, this paper adopts MBTI-M scale to survey the personality type of 202 residents of Li Nationality and 205 residents of Han Nationality. The findings show that: 1) In general, the personality type of Li and Han Nationalities leans toward E, N, T and J in the four dimensions of E-I, S-N, T-F and J-P; 2) There is a significant difference in E-I dimension between Li Nationality and Han Nationality. The number of I-typed Li is much higher than that of Han residents; 3) A significant difference only exists in E-I dimension between Li and Han females. Han females are more E-typed, while Li females are more I-typed; 4) In Wanning, people of ISTJ and ENTJ have occupied bigger proportion, while there are less ISFP and ESTP people. There is no significant difference in the 16 types between Li Nationality and Han Nationality. It has been concluded that Han people and Li people in Wanning have some similarities in terms of psychological type, but, they respectively have some distinct characteristics. In the process of building international tour island, more attention should be given to the personality characteristics of the local people and the local culture, and communication among different nationalities, especially communication between Li Nationality and Han Nationality should be strengthened.%以万宁市为主要调查地区，采用 MBTI-M 版量表对202名黎族居民和225名汉族居民进行问卷调查。结果显示：1)海南省万宁市黎族与汉族居民的心理类型在E-I、S-N、T-F、J-P 4个维度上都偏向于E、N、T、J 这4种类型；2)黎族和汉族居民只在 E-I 维度上呈现了显著差异，即黎族倾向于(I)的程度更高；3)汉族女性和黎族女性只在E-I维度上呈现出显著差异，即汉族女性倾向于外向(E)的程度更高，黎族女性更加内向(I)；4)海南省万宁市ISTJ与ENTJ的人相对其他类型的人来说比较多，ISFP与ESTP较少，黎族居民和汉族居民在16种人格类型上未呈现显著差异。结论：海南省万宁市黎族与汉族在心理类型上有着相似的地方，但也存在一些差异，在国际旅游岛的建设下，应该充分考虑到本地居民的人格特征以及本地文化，加强不同民族之间，尤其是黎族和汉族的交流。
