ZnO Nanorods synthesized by solvothermal route was dispersed in Nafion of sodium hexametaphosphate((NaPO3)6) to form a stable aqueous dispersion for the fabrication of glucose biosensor.The parameters affecting the fabrication and experimental conditions of biosensors were optimized.The biosensor showed a fast response of less than 5 s and a detection limit of 5.0 mmol/L glucose by using hydroquinone as the mediator.Linear calibration for glucose was obtained in the rage 2.5×10-5 to 3×10-3 mol/L under the optimized conditions.%构建了一种基于ZnO/Nafion复合膜固定双酶的葡萄糖传感器。这种新复合膜的优点是利用 ZnO 的比表面积大、吸附能力强、具有生物兼容性等性能来固定 HRP 和 GOD 酶,同时利用 Nafion 的成膜、抗干扰能力,制成了响应快速、灵敏度高的葡萄糖传感器。该传感器在最优化实验条件下响应时间小于5 s,以对苯二酚作为电子媒介检测葡萄糖的检测下限为5.0 mmol/L,线性范围为2.5×10-5 ~ 3×10-3 mol/L。
