控制建设项目投资的对策分析

摘要

Currently,the cost of infrastruchure projets is often overrun thecost estimated. How to take effective measures to control the inve st ment to ensure there is no cost overrun has been a major issue of concem for dep artment of examination and approval,responsible sections and projects owners.The reasons causing cost overruns in the infrastructure projects at present in Chin a is preliminarily analyzed and the relevant strategies on investment control ar e discussed.%目前建设项目超概的现象非常普遍，如何采取有效的措施控制投资，确保投资不突破设计概算，是项目审批部门、行业主管部门及业主十分关心的问题．本文对目前我国建设项目超概的原因进行初步分析，并探讨控制投资的相关对策．
