竹叶提取物对亚硝化反应抑制作用的研究

摘要

This paper deals with the optimun extract condition o f bambooleaves and capablities of disconnecting nitrosodimethylamin(NDMA). comp ost and scavenging sodium nitrite by extract of bamboo leaves. The results show that the optimum extract condition:55% acetone, 80 ℃ for l hour in water bath. The extract has high capabilies of didconnecting compost and scavenging sodium nitrite.%研究了竹叶的最佳提取条件，以及提取物对亚硝胺合成的阻断作用和对亚硝酸钠的消除作用．结果显示，最佳提取条件为：55%的丙酮，80℃水浴回流1h，此提取物具有较高阻断亚硝胺合成及清除亚硝酸钠的效果．
