用差热分析法测定小麦的水分含量

     

摘要

In this paper, we studied the effects of heating rate, particle size, filling amount, wheat variety and the like on the thermal decomposition of wheat using differential thermal analysis (DTA), and discussed the relationship between the moisture content of wheat and the peak area of the DTA curve. The result showed that: the area of endothermic peaks existing at 60 °C to 150 °C under the conditions of particle size 140 meshes, heating rate 10 °C /min and filling amount 10 mg was in linear relationship with the corresponding moisture content, and the equation was y= 1.768 93-5.368, with the correlative coefficient r=0.995 8. According to the equation, the moisture content could be calculated from the area of the first endothermic peak of the DTA curve under the same experimental conditions.%运用差热分析技术分析了升温速率、颗粒粒度、填充量和不同小麦品种等因素对小麦热分解过程的影响,探讨了小麦水分含量和对应DTA曲线峰面积的关系.结果表明:在140目、10℃/min、10 mg的试验条件下,60~150℃出现的吸热峰的峰面积与对应的水分含量呈线性关系,线性方程为y=1.768 9x-5.368,相关系数r=0.995 8.根据相关方程在相同的试验条件下,由DTA曲线第1个吸热峰的面积即可求出相应的小麦水分含量.
