古龙酸发酵液纯化研究

摘要

In this paper, we studied the purification of gulonic acid fermentation borth by ultra-filtration. The ultrafiltrate had good quality, high transmittance (larger than 98%), low extinction (less than 0.090) and high yield (99.3%), and the comprehensive index achieved superior grade. We selected polysulfone membrane as the optimum filtration membrane, which had optimum operation pressure of 3.5 bar, temperature 45 ℃, flux 107.3 L/M2h. The residues generated by the process could be made to feedstuff by spray drying so as to reduce environmental pollution and increase economic benefit.%对古龙酸发酵液采用超滤法纯化,超滤液质量好,透光大于98％,消光小于0.090,收率99.3％,综合指标达到优级品.筛选到了最佳材质的膜片——聚砜膜,此膜片最佳操作压力3.5bar,温度45℃,通量107.3 L/m2h.此工艺得到的滤渣经喷雾干燥可制备饲料,既减少了环境污染,又增加了经济收入.
