赤拟谷盗对4种小麦挥发物的触角电位及行为反应

         

摘要

拟通过触角电位技术(EAG)技术探索利用化学信息物质监测防治赤拟谷盗的方法.探索了赤拟谷盗EAG测量过程中的基本操作方法,揭示了其离体触角EAG反应的适应性和持续时间;利用EAG技术和四臂嗅觉仪检测了赤拟谷盗对4种不同浓度小麦挥发物的触角电位及行为反应.结果表明:EAG测量过程中两次刺激的最小间隔为60 s;30 min内EAG值变化幅度约为5%;在一定浓度范围内,赤拟谷盗对4种小麦挥发物的EAG反应随挥发物浓度的增加而增强,但水杨酸甲酯质量浓度超过5 μg/μL后赤拟谷盗EAG值开始下降;行为反应测试中,苯甲醛表现出对赤拟谷盗有一定的引诱作用.EAG结果与行为反应有一定的相关性,但也存在区别.因此,要确定气味物质对昆虫的活性,还需要到实际环境中进行试验.%The method of using semiochemicals to monitor and control Tribolium castaneum (Herbst) was investigated by testing its vitro antenna.Meanwhile,the basic operation methods and environmental conditions in the process of the EAG test and the adaptability and duration of EAG response of vitro antennas were also investigated.EAG and behavioral responses of T.castaneum to 4 wheat volatiles and their relationship were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the minimum interval between the two stimuli was 60 s in the EAG test;the change of EAG value within 30 min is about 5%.In a certain concentration range,the EAG and behavioral response values of T.castaneum to 4 volatiles increased with the increase of the concentration of volatiles,but significantly decreased to more than 5 μg/μL of methyl salicylate.In behavior tests,benzaldehyde exhibited certain attraction effects to the insects.There existed certain correlation and difference between the EAG and behavioral response values of T.castaneum to 4 volatiles.Therefore,the bioactivity of volatiles on the insects still need to be further determined in practical environment.
