Ancient capital culture is the core resource of Kai Feng tourism.Based on the creative perspective, the article puts forward the Innovative development of the culture tourism resources in Kai Feng,including the refined theme image of ancient cultural tourism,the promotion of the ancient cultural connotation,the integration of the cultural tourism resources,the enhancement of ancient cultural attraction,the development of creative tourism product,and the reinforcement of the ancient city cultural experience.%古都文化是开封市旅游业的核心资源。基于创意视角，开封古都文化旅游资源创新开发的思路应为：提炼文化旅游主题形象，深化古都文化内涵；整合文化旅游资源，提升古都文化吸引力；开发创意旅游产品，增强古都文化体验。
