振荡条件下竖直微槽群内接触线变化特性

     

摘要

With the help of a high-speed camera, the triple-phase contact line of microgrooves with different sizes was experimentally investigated and the image was processed. The results show that with high heat input the liquid film spreads and shrinks along the axial microgroove, and the triple-phase contact line oscillates periodically. Under the condition of the vibrating working fluid in the pool, the length of contact-line is longer than that as the working fluid being at rest. The length of the triple-phase contact line increases with the increase of the microgroove width. The augment of microgroove depth leads to increase of the length of the contact line. The wider or deeper of the microgroove, the longer of the triple-phase contact line.%借助于高速摄像机,对不同结构毛细微槽内三相接触线的变化特性进行了实验研究.研究表明:高热流密度加热情况下,微槽内薄液膜区域会沿着微槽轴向发生攀爬和收缩的趋势,三相接触线会发生周期性振动;液池内工质处于微幅振荡状态时,微槽内接触线长度大于工质处于静止状态时的长度;随着微槽宽度的增加,三相接触线长度会逐渐增加;随着微槽深度的增加,三角形区域润湿长度也会逐渐增加;微槽越宽或者越深,三角形区域润湿长度增加越明显.
