The device has a top draw bar (4a) integrated in a bottom of a housing that is placed behind a door and formed by a case and a detachable cover. The bar is engaged under a free bolt (11) and has a cut (13) inclined from the front to the back in a separation direction of the bar relative to a European cylinder (1). An inclined edge (15) of the cut cooperates with a finger (16) emerging from the bolt in a direction (14) of the bottom. An inclined slot of the bar is extended from a vertical slot that extends from that of two ends of the inclined slot separated from the cylinder.
