通过在CATIA V5 R19中建立新型弧齿锥齿轮行星传动箱体的三维实体模型,利用ANSYS对齿轮箱体仿真模态分析,得出较为合理的齿轮箱体的有限元模型.利用Block Lanczos法计算出箱体前十阶约束模态的固有频率和相应振型,为箱体后继的动态响应分析提供理论依据.运用此方法可以在箱体设计时避开齿轮箱啮合的频率,避免由于机械振动造成的箱体故障,并且为箱体的优化改进提供理论参考.%The 3-dimensional solid modal of new spiral bevel gearbox was established by using CATIA V5 R19.rnThe gearbox simulation modal was analyzed by means of Ansys to get a better new finite element analysis modelrnof spiral bevel gearbox. The natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes of the first ten steps of therngear box were worked out by using Lanczos method. The dynamic response analysis of the gearbox wasrnsupplied. With that method, the engagement assigned frequency can be avoided in design. The fault of therngearbox machines created by resonance can be avoided. The theoretical reference for the optimization andrnimprovement of the gearbox is provided.
