教学研究型大学本科教学质量监控体系建设与实践

         

摘要

In order to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching,the construction and improvement of teaching quality monitoring system is urgent.Based on the undergraduate teaching management and reform in Henan Polytechnic University,this paper discusses the impact of internal and external factors on quality of undergraduate teaching,and explores how to build quality monitoring system of undergraduate teaching,which includes monitoring institutions,monitoring object and monitoring means.It describes the organizational structure and operation mode of monitoring system,put forwards a full range of dynamic teaching quality control measures and means in Henan Polytechnic University.The results shows that teaching dynamic monitoring system is crucial to improve the undergraduate teaching quality in teaching researching university.%为了提高本科教学质量,教学质量监控体系的构建和完善势在必行。结合河南理工大学本科教学管理改革实践,探讨了影响本科教学质量的内在和外在因素,构建了本科教学质量监控体系,主要包括监控机构、监控对象、监控手段,阐述了监控体系的组织结构和运行方式,提出了全方位本科教学质量动态监控措施与手段,并进行了实践。结果表明,教学动态监控体系对提高教学研究型大学本科教学质量至关重要。
