目的：探讨院前院内一体化救治模式对多发伤患者的救治效果。方法结合院前急救、院内抢救、损伤控制外科手术、外科ICU重症监护治疗，完成对多发伤的一体化治疗。结果救治多发伤126例，治愈104例（82．54％），死亡22例（17．46％）。90例行急诊手术治疗（包括48例行损伤控制外科手术），死亡13例（14．44％）。结论院前院内一体化救治模式是有效治疗多发伤患者的先进模式，能够提高抢救的成功率，改善患者的预后。%Objective To investigate the treatment effect of pre-hospital and hospital integrated treat-ment on patients with multiple trauma .Methods Integration treatment was completed combined with pre-hospital care , hospital rescue , damage control surgery and surgical ICU intensive therapy on patients withmultipletrauma.Results 126multi-traumacaseswereundermedicaltreatment,amongwhich104 patients (82.54%) have been cured and 22 patients (12.46%) died.Emergency operations were com-pleted on 90 cases ( including 48 cases with damage control operation ) , among which 13 patients died . Conclusion Integrated treatment of pre-hospital and hospital is an advanced treatment model on patients with multi-trauma, which greatly increases success rate of rescue and improves therapeutic effect .
