基于IPC＋PLC控制的汽车玻璃热弯炉自动控制系统

摘要

In this paper ,a set of automatic control system based on IPC + PLC control car glass hot bending furnace was designed ,this system can realize the function of furnace wire power control ,fur-nace silk elevator control ,configuration king 6 .52 and PLC communication ,furnace cover movable con-trol ,plunger elevator control ,heat preservation control ,configuration king file read and real -time de-tection glass temperature ,and the others ,through the overall monitoring system ,operation panel and display panel realization man-machine conversation .%　　设计了一套基于IPC＋ PLC控制的汽车玻璃热弯炉自动控制系统，该系统可以实现炉丝功率调节、炉丝自动升降、组态王6．52和PLC通讯、炉盖开合控制、顶杆升降控制、保温控制、玻璃工艺文件保存读取及红外线实时检测玻璃温度等功能，通过监控软件、操作面板和温度仪表等实现人机对话。
