新刑事诉讼法视角下律师侦查阶段的权利配置

The newly modified criminal law points the defenders role of lawyers in the investigation stage, increased the counsel for litigation rights of criminal suspects, and attorney rights at the investigation stage are expanded. With the development of the criminal lawsuit system in the world, to strengthen the human rights protection in in-vestigation procedure has become a trend, according to the international standard of litigation rights, the defendant lawyer’ s rights in the investigation stage in our country also has the very big development space.%新修改的刑事诉讼法明确了律师在侦查阶段的辩护人身份，增加了辩护人对犯罪嫌疑人诉讼权利保障的规定，并对侦查阶段律师权利进行了扩充。随着世界范围内刑事诉讼制度的发展，加强侦查程序中的人权保障已成为趋势，按照被告人诉讼权利保障的国际标准，我国律师在侦查阶段的权利还有很大的拓展空间。
