干警继续教育课程体系建设的实践性研究

摘要

The police officers continuing education curriculum construction and curriculum development is in great need under the new situation. According to requirement of the“Prison Police Team Construction Plan during 2011-2015” made by the Justice Ministry, the hidden curriculum in continuing education of police officers should be fully researched by strengthening research on the curriculum module construction in the police continuing education, makes innovative forms and modes, the study on practical education curriculum system construction has developed and get significant effect.%　　新形势下干警继续教育课程建设与课程开发迫在眉睫。根据司法部《2011—2015年监狱劳教人民警察队伍建设规划纲要》要求，通过加强干警继续教育课程模块化建设研究，充分挖掘隐性课程在干警继续教育中的作用，创新干警继续教育的形式与方式等等，开展了干警继续教育课程体系建设的实践性研究，效果显著。
