河南省风能资源与风电发展前景

摘要

阐述了河南省的风能资源概况，揭示了河南省在中原崛起中加快风电发展的现实价值和长远意义，提出河南省发展风电存在的问题和对策。%The general situation of wind energy resource in Henan Province was expounded in this paper,the real value and logn-term significance of accelerating the development of wind power in rise of Central China was revealed,the problems and countermeasures in the development of wind power in Henan Province was put forward.
