道地药材茅苍术的ISSR分析

摘要

道地中药材茅苍术具有广泛的形态多样性.为了识别其遗传多样性,应用ISSR分子标记技术对16个茅苍术基因组和4个北苍术基因组进行了多态性分析.结果发现,茅苍术ISSR多态位点百分率为87.67%,北苍术ISSR多态位点百分率为53.33%,证明茅苍术比北苍术有更高的遗传多样性.采用SPSS13.0软件的Within-group linkage法对20个样品进行聚类分析.结果表明,茅苍术具有明显的遗传分化,且与北苍术有很近的亲缘关系.%Atractylodes lancea, now in Chinese,is a very important famous region-drug. As a wild species,Atractylodes lancea is endemic to Jiangsu province.ISSR analysis was conducted on 20 samples (16 samples of Atractylis lancea genome and 4 samples of Atractylis chinensis genome)to investigate the genetic diversity.For Atractylis lancea,the polymorphic locus percentage is 87.67%,while for Atractylis chinensis,53.33%; which indicated that the levels of genetic diversity existed in Atractylodes lancea was higher than that in Atractylodes chinensis.Otherwise, the 20 samples were performed cluster analysis using within-group linkage method in SPSS 13.0 software.The analysis indicated that for Atractylis lancea there is obvious genetic differentiation,and there is close affiliation between Atractylodes lancea and Atractylodes chinensis.
