不同水源和碳源对脱毒马铃薯快繁的影响

             

摘要

研究了不同水源和碳源对脱毒马铃薯试管苗快繁和生长的影响.结果表明,不同水源处理小苗21 d时,自来水和井水处理的几个重要生长指标明显优于对照蒸馏水处理,其中,鲜质量增加15.34%、20.57%,生根量增加0.34、1.24条,平均根长增加0.20、0.46 cm,株高增加1..10、1.22 cm,叶片数增加3.52、4.03片,茎秆增粗0.10、0.20 mm,试管苗叶色浓绿和生长势旺盛.在6种不同的碳源处理中,冰糖、红糖和白砂糖处理在鲜质量增加量、株高和生根数等方面优于对照蔗糖处理,分别增加24.64%~48.37%,21.64%~53.99%和40.01%~52.10%,可以代替蔗糖作为培养基中的碳源.水源和碳源组合处理结果表明,冰糖/自来水处理和红糖/井水处理的各种指标优于对照,其中在鲜质量增加量、株高、生根数和根长上比对照分别增加0.36、0.66g,0.46、0.83 cm,5.83、5.33条和0.6、0.76 cm,可大大地降低试管苗的快繁成本并促进生长.%The effect of different water and carbon sources on rapid propagation of virus-free potato was analyzed in this research. The results showed that several important growth indexs of the virus, free potato plantlets treated after 21 d by tap water or well water were better than distilled water (CK) ,which fresh weight increasd by 15.34% ,20. 57%, the amount of roots and leaves increased by 0. 34,1.24 and 3. 52,4.03 respectively, plant height increased by 1.10,1.22cm,average root length increased by 0.20、0.46 cm, stem diameter increased by 0. 1,0.20 mm. The color of plantlets leaves was deep green and the plantlets showed a good growth potential. Among 6 carbon sources treatments, the effect of crystal sugar, brown sugar and white granulated sugarwas better for the fresh weight, plant height and amount of roots than that of CK and they increasd by 24.64%-48.37%, 21.64%-53.99% and 40. 01%-52. 10% respectively, and could substitute the cane sugar as the media carbon source. The result of combination of the water and carbon source showed that the crystal sugar/tap water and brown sugar/well water could be selected as the optimal low-cost media conditions with increasing by 0.36,0.66g fresh weight,0. 46,0.83cm plant height, 5.83,5. 33 roots amount and 0.6,0. 76cm length of the roots.
