The experiment on rebuilding rising air current and traditional flue-curing barn into bulk curing barn was conducted by installing an auto-controlled temperature and moisture and hot air circulation system and by enlarging the stove and flue area. The results showed that the capacity of loading tobacco leaves was enhanced 67 %, the density was increased by 23.6 kg/ma the temperature increased more quickly 6.2℃/h, the temperature and moisture inside the barn were more identical, the capacity of heat and moisture preservation was better, the temperature and humidity could be completely auto-controlled. Therefore, the capacity of rebuilt barn was improved greatly, the cured leaf quality and quantity improved and the curing cost had reduced.%通过增设温湿度自控系统和热风循环系统,加大炉灶、增加火管散热面积,将气流上升式普通烤房改为密集烤房,并进行对比试验.结果表明,改造后烤房装烟量平均增加67%,装烟密度增加23.6kg/m3,升温更加灵敏(平均达6.2℃/h),烤房内温湿度更加均匀,保温保湿能力更强,实现了温湿度自控,烤房性能得到很大程度提高,改造后烘烤烟叶产量提高7.0%,上等烟比例增加5.85个百分点,烘烤成本下降30.78%.
