电热式密集烤房与燃煤式密集烤房比较试验初探

     

摘要

According to the problem that coal-burning bulk curing barn will exhaust large amount of CO2 and the other harmful gas, a set of electro-thermal bulk curing barn, which use nano ceramics heating pipe to supply heat without pollution and emission, was introduced and was compared with two popularized coal - burning bulk curing barn in temperature rising and stabilizing behavior, comprehensive flue-curing cost and appearance quality of tobacco leaves. The results showed that electro-thermal bulk curing barn has some good characters, such as high level of automation and temperature rising quickly and evenly; the cured tobacco leaves with it had uniform color, abundant oil content, strong luster, small color difference between front side and back side of tobacco leaf, and more orange tobacco leaves; the comprehensive cost is low, and the comprehensive benefit of tobacco planting farmer is higher than that of coal-burning bulk curing barn.%针对现有烟叶烘烤烤房采用燃煤供热,从而产生大量CO2和其他有害气体的问题,研究引进一套采用纳米陶瓷发热管供热、零污染零排放的电热式密集烤房,与现有推广的两种燃煤供热式密集烤房在升温稳温性能、烘烤综合成本、烟叶外观质量等方面进行测试和对比.结果表明,电热式密集烤房自动化程度高,升温灵敏,温度均匀,烤后烟叶颜色均匀,油分多,光泽强,烟叶正反色差小,多橘黄烟叶,各项综合成本低,烟农综合效益高于燃煤式烤房.
