Based on the land use status of non-cultivated land,fallow land and so on,the effects in land function and value,and the feasibility of large-scale production in China of energy crops were analyzed. The results revealed that there was a great deal of unutilized land and marginal land available for energy crops,part of the pilot projects had achieved good results and were in possession of huge developmental potential. To plant energy crops for production and exploitation of biomass energy could not only solve the problem for sustainable energy requirement, but also deeply develop land function and boost land use rate.%通过结合非耕地、空闲地等土地利用现状,对能源作物在土地功能和价值中的作用及其在我国规模种植的可行性进行了分析.结果表明,我国存在大量可以种植能源作物的未利用土地以及边际土地,部分试点项目已经取得良好效果且继续开发利用潜力巨大.通过种植能源作物来生产和开发生物质能源,既是解决我国能源可持续开发利用的有效措施和新途径,也是深入开发土地资源功能、提高有限土地利用率的内在要求.
