麻楝蛀斑螟触角感器和雌性信息素分泌腺的超微结构观察

         

摘要

Sex pheromone glands of the females and adult antennae of Hypsipyla robusta ( Moore ) were observed by using scanning electronic microscope( SEM) ,to provide basic data for further study of Hyp-sipyla robusta( Moore) about ecology,behavior and electrophysiology. The results showed that seven types of sensilla were found on male and female H. robusta,including sensilla trichodea,sensilla cheatica,sen-silla squamiformia,sensilla coeloconica,sensilla auricillica,sensilla styloconica,and Böhm bristles,among which the sensilla trichodea was the most numerous. The number of sensilla trichodea on the antennae of male was higher than that of female,but other sensilla had not significant differences on the antennae of male and female. The sex pheromone glands of the females were formed at the intersegmental membrane between the 8th and 9th abdominal segments. Many plump cones,which were gland cells,were distributed on the surface of the glands.%利用扫描电镜对麻楝蛀斑螟( Hypsipyla robusta ( Moore))触角和雌蛾性信息素分泌腺进行了观察,为麻楝蛀斑螟形态学、行为学和电生理学等方面的研究提供基础依据。结果表明:成虫触角上有7种感器,为毛形感器、刺形感器、鳞形感器、腔锥形感器、耳形感器、栓锥形感器和Böhm氏鬃毛感器,其中毛形感器数量最多。毛形感器在雌蛾触角上的分布比雄蛾稀疏,其他几种感器在雌雄蛾间未见显著差异。麻楝蛀斑螟雌蛾性信息素分泌腺位于腹部末端第8~9节的节间膜上,腺体表面排列着许多锥形刺状突出体,即为性信息素分泌腺的腺体细胞。
