鸭源鸡杆菌flfA基因的克隆及功能区域分析

         

摘要

为了解鸭源鸡杆菌(G.anatis)菌毛蛋白FlfA的分布情况及功能,对18株G.anatis中国分离株的flfA基因进行扩增和分子克隆,应用相关软件对其核苷酸序列及氨基酸序列进行生物信息学分析.结果显示,18株G.anatis均具有flfA基因,核苷酸同源性为70.2% ~99.8%,氨基酸同源性为63.1% ~98.8%,有6~8个B细胞抗原表位,且这些优势的抗原表位多位于保守序列区,表明G.anatis不同菌株间可能存在交叉免疫反应.%The aim of this study was to understand the distribution and function of fimbriae FlfA protein of G.anatis.flfA genes were amplified from 18 G.anatis isolates,followed by molecular cloning,bioinformat-ics analyses of flfA nucleotide and amino acid sequences with bioinformatics tools.The results showed that the nucleotide sequences homologies of 18 G.anatis isolates were 70.2%—99.8% and the deduced ami-no acid homologies were 63.1%—98.8%.FlfA protein has 6—8 B cell epitopes and most of them were located in the conserved sequence region.These results indicate that different strains may show immune cross protection.
