水稻育秧群棚智能化监控系统的设计

         

摘要

针对垦区水稻育秧棚生产效率低、生产成本高、消耗人力资源多、智能化程度低、卷帘无限位的问题,设计了一套具有参数自动采集、棚内环境自动调控、手/自一体化操作的智能化监控系统,同时无线上传的数据在智能监控中心保存,海量数据可为农业生成决策提供数据支持,监控中心依据设定的农艺要求,可实现通风设施与灌溉设备的手/自一体化操作,实现卷帘限位,为水稻工厂化育秧提供可靠技术支持。监控中心与育秧棚采集控制器利用无线方式进行通信,解决了布线难等问题,该系统还具有低成本和可靠性高等特点。%For the problem of the rice seedling greenhouses of low productivity,high production costs,human resources consumed more,low degree of intelligence and shutter limit,the intelligent monitoring system that had a set of parameters of automatic collect,automatic control,manual/automatic operation was designed,and the wireless upload data were stored in the intelligent monitoring center and provided data support for agricultural produce. Based on the setting of the agronomic requirements,monitoring center could realize ventilation and irrigation equipment’s manual/automatic operations and shutter limit,and provided reliable technical support. Monitoring center and seedling greenhouses acquisition controller used a wireless way to solve the problem of difficult wiring and so on,and the system also had low cost and high reliability.
