谷物在板齿式轴流装置内运动规律的仿真研究

摘要

The motion law of rice grain in the plate tooth axial flow threshing drum was analyzed by using the combined method of theory and test.The technology of matlab simulation was used to study the motion law of rice grain,and gived the visual rule. Theresult showedthat the objective law ofrice grain varied in threshing space along with the angular displacement,angular velocity, tangential velocity,axial velocity,and so on.%采用理论和试验相结合的方法，分析了稻谷在板齿式轴流脱粒滚筒内的运动规律，为了进一步形象的分析稻谷在脱分装置内的运动规律，采用了matlab仿真技术对稻种的运动规律进行了仿真研究，结果得出籽粒在脱粒空间内角位移、角速度、切线速度以及轴线速度均随着时间的变化而变化。
