新农村建设过程中农村用电安全与节约用电教育

摘要

我国农村用电已基本上达到村村通的普及情况，随之而来的是大量电器的使用所带来的安全隐患。农民缺乏安全用电意识、安全用电的基本知识和技能，缺乏专业人员的管理和教育，经常造成人身伤亡和财产损失。加强安全用电教育和管理，采取必要措施保证农村用电安全，并进而推广节约、环保用电，是新农村建设的重要内容。%Using electricity in the countryside has been popularized. Then safety problems have existed because of a large of number utilities of electricity equipment. Peasants are weak in the comciousness of using electricity safely ,basic knowledge and skills and intellectual' s management and education,which cause people' s deaths and losses of treasures. In order to strengthen the use of electricity and management ,necessary measures were adopted to guarantee rural use of electricity safety,which were the main contents of new rural construction.
