论邓小平企业管理思想

摘要

The profound theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics established by Deng Xiaoping includes his systematic and scientific thoughts on enterprise management.This paper discusses Deng Xiaoping＇s thoughts on enterprise management from five aspects in%邓小平创立的博大精深的中国特色社会主义理论体系蕴含着系统的、科学的企业管理思想。文章从核心理念、制度保障、中心任务、正确导向和群众基础五个方面对邓小平企业管理思想的精髓进行了论述,并认为当前继续深入研究具有极高理论价值的邓小平企业管理思想、进一步加强和改善企业管理工作、增强企业活力和提高经济效益,仍具有十分重要的现实指导意义。
