基于PSR模型的安徽省“十二五”环境压力分析

摘要

The status quo of the environmental pressure in Anhui Province to realize the environmental objective during the 12th Five-Year Plan period is analyzed by using the PSR model ,and the corre-sponding control scheme is proposed .The analysis results show that the water quality indexes in Cha-ohu Lake watershed and the PM10 of Anhui Province have become the restricting factors of realizing the environmental objective of Anhui Province during the 12th Five-Year Plan period .An environmen-tal control scheme with three key points is put forward to provide a reference for realizing the environ-mental objective of Anhui Province during the 12th Five-Year Plan period .%运用环境PSR模型对安徽省实现“十二五”环境规划目标面临的环境压力状况及其过程进行分析，并提出了对应的调控方案。分析结果表明：安徽省巢湖流域水质和可吸入颗粒物已然成为制约该省“十二五”环境规划目标完成的重要因素；同时重点提出了三部分环境调控方案，意在为该省完成“十二五”环境保护目标提供决策支持。
