特色商业街区空间形态演变与多元价值建构

摘要

This paper reviews the history of business model in China and the evolution of its spatial form ,and elaborates the value of characteristic commercial block and its spatial expressions .On this basis ,the paper proposes some new ideas of the multiple value construction of characteristic commer-cial block ,namely keeping up with the times by inheriting the local cultural heritage ,reflecting the urban characteristics ,and following the development trend of the business model ,so as to meet the people's growing material ,cultural and spiritual needs .%文章回溯了我国商业模式及其空间形态的演变历程 ,阐述了特色商业街区的价值及其空间表达形式 ,在此基础上提出特色商业街区多元价值建构的新观点 ,即 :特色商业街区的建设应与时俱进 ,既传承本土文化 ,体现城市特色 ,同时又能顺应商业模式的发展趋势 ,满足人们日益增长的物质、文化、精神需求.
