一种电力系统故障模拟平台研究

     

摘要

In this paper,a new high-power and flexible grid fault emulating power supply platform based on the hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)simulation is proposed.To obtain a stable and accurate emulating platform,the repetitive controller is used to control the power interface,which is a floating controller.The platform includes a real-time digital simulator(RTDS)and a power interface(back-to-back voltage source PWM converter).Meanwhile,the parameters and emulating models of the platform can be easily controlled and selected.The experimental results validate the simplicity,flexibility and high reliability of the structure and control strategies,which indicate that the types and parameters of the emulating grid faults are adjustable and the functions of the device can be further expanded.It is shown that the fault emulating power supply can be widely used as an effective testing method for grid fault emulation of power system.%文章提出了一种基于硬件在环技术的大功率、灵活电网故障模拟电源平台;该平台采用RTDS装置和背靠背式电压源型PWM变换器的拓扑结构,并基于重复控制器实现无静差调节,可以灵活调节仿真参数与实验类型,保证了平台稳定精确地运行.实验结果表明:该装置操作简易、灵活性强、可靠性高,各种故障种类齐全,故障参数柔性可调,且拓展性强,可以作为电力系统故障模拟的有效测试手段.
