文化振兴是时代的呼唤和发展的需要——安徽省社科界第六届学术年会第四专场“转型安徽中的文化振兴”研讨会综述

与会代表认识到，文化振兴是助推安徽实现顺利转型的强大精神力量，是时代的呼唤和社会发展的需要。文化振兴需要强化文化创新意识，积极推进文化体制改革，做大做强文化产业，同时还应充分认识安徽三大区域文化的精神价值及特征，进一步发掘、保护和利用安徽丰厚的历史文化资源，培育和发展新兴文化业态，促进文化的多元发展，为打造安徽文化强省和经济强省服务。%The delegates have realized that cuhural revitalization, as call of the times and needs of the development, is kind of spiritual power to help Anhui to transform smoothly. It requires that the sense of cultural innovation should be intensified, cultural system reform should be promoted and cultural industries should be developed. That is why spiritual values and characteristics of the three main regional cultures （Huai River, Wanjiang and HuiZhou culture） should be fully understood, Anhui＇s historical and cultural resources should be protected and made use of, and encourage, develop new cultural industries so as to boost the development of multi-culture and help to serve the construction of Anhui as a cultural and economic top province.
