能力导向的经管类专业“财务会计”课程体系重构

摘要

With the era of knowledge economy and the global economic integration environmental change , the traditional teaching mode has become difficult to meet the economic development require-ments of accounting talents ’ ability and quality .Based on the "ability-oriented"modular curriculum system reform of financial accounting in Hefei University , it summarizes the achievements of curricu-lum reform for non-professional financial accounting majors so as to promote Chinese accounting per-sonnel training curriculum system reform and innovation .%伴随知识经济时代的到来以及全球经济一体化等环境变革，传统的教学理念、培养模式已难以满足经济发展对会计人才的能力和素质的需求。以合肥学院“能力导向”的财务会计“模块化”课程体系改革实践为例，对面向非会计专业开设的“财务会计”课程体系改革的成果进行总结，以期推动经管类专业人才培养课程体系改革与创新。
