陈云党风廉政建设思想与实践的刚柔性特征

As a minister of the Party Organization Committee and a secretary of Central Committee for Discipline Inspection of the CPC, CHEN Yun has rich practical experience in the construction of the party＇s work style, which is unique and effective. He has a deep understanding of the corruption risk. CHEN Yun＇s thought on strengthening the construction of the party＇s work style with rigidity and flexibility has important realistic enlightenment. Currently, we have to enhance effectiveness of the anti-corruption with rigidity and flexibility, and build the joint anti-corruption mechanism.%因曾经担任党的组织部长及纪委书记的职务，陈云有着丰富的党风廉政建设的实践经验，他关于腐败危险性的认识也因此更为深刻。陈云关于加强党风廉政建设的思想与实践呈现出典型的刚柔相济的特征，有着重要的现实启示：当前要增强反腐倡廉的实效性，必须要刚柔相济，构建反腐倡廉合力机制。
