不对称度对对称结构光子晶体缺陷模的影响

     

摘要

采用传输矩阵法理论,研究不对称度对对称结构光子晶体( AB) m Cx ( ABA) Cx ( BA) m 缺陷模的影响,结果表明:当基元介质排列周期不对称度Δm越大,光子晶体双缺陷模所处的频率位置不变,但双缺陷模的透射率下降且带宽变宽;当缺陷自身周期不对称度Δx或缺陷厚度不对称度Δd越大,光子晶体双缺陷模透射率下降的同时向低频方向移动,而且双缺陷模之间的距离增大。不对称度对光子晶体缺陷模的影响规律,为设计光学衰减器、光学开关和光学滤波器件等提供理论指导。%The effect of asymmetry on defect mode of photonic crystal (AB)mCx(ABA) Cx(BA)m with sym-metry structure was studied with the transfer matrix method .The result shows that , when primitive medium cycle a-symmetry Δm is increasing , the position of the defect mode of photonic crystal is without changing , but the trans-mission of defect mode is decreasing and the width of defect mode is broadened;when the asymmetry cycle of defect layer Δx or its asymmetry thickness Δd is increasing , the transmission of double defect modes are decreasing , the position is moving to lower frequency direction and the distance between two defect modes increases .The effect of asymmetry rule on defect mode of photonic crystal can provide guidance for design of the optical attenuator , optical switches and optical filter device .
