在常压、氢苯摩尔比为3、反应温度363.15 ~53.15 K条件下,采用CDS-81 0微反系统,研究了 0.75 mm球形、 1.45 mm球形、 2.5 mm mm圆柱体、 5 mm?? mm圆柱体四种粒度Ni/Al2O3催化剂上气相苯加氢反应的宏观动力学.结 果表明采用双曲型动力学方程比幂指数型方程要优越, 宏观动力学与本征动力学 模型方程形式一致.用双曲型动力学方程处理不同粒度催化剂上的动力学实验数 据,计算值与实验值的平均偏差在5.15% ~ 5.80%之间.随着所用Ni/Al2O3催化剂 粒度增大,反应的表观活化能减小,而氢、苯吸附热变化不大.%The macrokinetics of benzene hydrogenation on different size of Ni/AlO catalyst was studied at atmospheric pressure in an internal recycle gradientless reactor.The temperature was varied in the range of 363.15 K~ 53.15 K.The molar ratio of hydrogen to benzene was 3~8.It was found that Langmiur kinetic expression is better than power law t ype kinetic expression.And the regressed macrokinetic equation are nea rly the same as the intrinsic kinetic equation.The average deviation b etween experimental and calculational results was from 5.15% to 5.80%.
