功能型多孔紫砂陶粒制备及其水活化性能

         

摘要

以废弃的紫砂原矿为主料,电气石、碳粉和低温熔剂为辅料,在较低焙烧温度下制备了功能型多孔紫砂陶粒,其中优化烧制温度为650℃,电气石含量为10%~ 15%,烧成陶粒的平均孔隙率和压碎力分别为24%和55 N.由于陶粒中电气石的红外辐射作用,水分子间氢键被削弱,O-H键的吸收峰向高频方向移动,分子团簇结构减小.陶粒具有明显的水活化性能,能够使水的pH由中性变为弱碱性,同时增加水的TDS含量.经过陶粒处理的水浸种后,种子的发芽率得到较明显改善.在当前测试条件下,绿豆种子和花种的发芽率可分别提高10%~13%和5%~31%.上述研究结果可为废矿资源回收利用提供一种有效的技术途径.%With the waste Zisha minerals as the main ingredient,added with the auxiliary ingredients of tourmaline,carbon powder and low-temperature flux agents,the functional porous ceramsite was prepared at an optimal low sintering temperature of 650 ℃ and the tourmaline content of 10%-15%.The average porosity and crushing force of sintered ceramsite were 24% and 55 N,respectively.Due to the infrared radiation of tourmaline in ceramsite,the hydrogen bond between water molecules was weakened,and the absorption peak of O-H bond moved to the high frequency,and the molecular cluster structure was reduced.The present ceramsite showed a significant water-activation performance,which enabled the pH of the water to change from neutral to alkalescence while increasing the TDS in water.After the ceramsite treatment of seed soaking,the seed germination percemtage had significantly improved.Under the current test conditions,the germination percentage of mung bean seeds and flower seeds improved by 10%-13% and 5%-31%,respectively.The above test results can provide an effective technical approach for recovery and utilization of waste mineral resources.
